WACS The Judging seminar

Chefs NewsWACS culinary committee is proud to announce up and coming judging
seminars.

The Judging seminar will from now on be obligatory for all future WACS
approved judges. The objective is to create international standards
for all "WACS Endorsed" culinary competitions. This is a major
breakthrough for competitors who now can look at the label "WACS
ENDORSED COMPETITION" as a guarantee for transparency, objectivity and
overall quality. This international standard scheme is a step further
for WACS in its objectives to raise the standards of culinary
competitions as well as of global cuisines in general.

Upcoming Seminars

20 - 21 Feb 10 - Judging Seminar at The Emirates Salon Culinaire
Competition 2010

19 Apr 10 - Judging Seminar FHA Singapore 2010

19 - 20 Nov 10 - Judging Seminar at The Culinary World Cup in
Luxembourg 2010
