ด้วยกรมส่งเสริมการส่งออก กำหนดจัดโครงการเชฟไทยสู่ครัวโลก เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะพ่อครัว แม่ครัวไทยให้มีขีดความสามารถเพิ่มขึ้น ตลอดจนช่วยกระตุ้นการบริโภคอาหารไทย ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อการขยายการส่งออกวัตถุดิบเครื่องปรุงไทยในตลาดต่างประเทศไป ด้วย
